TGPI is licensed by the Security Industry Regulatory Department in Singapore under the Private Investigation And Security Agencies Act, Chapter 249. Tanglin Investigations serves clients local and overseas and has results reaching 100% successful rate.

The agency offers a wide range of services from surveillances to copyright issues, including doing background checks for employers for their newly hired staff and a whole range of other services. Due to the agency's rise in popularity with local clients, Tanglin Investigations has branched out of Singapore establishing an office in Thailand, and by doing so, TGPI is now the first private investigator agency to have an established an operational office outside of
Singapore.

Headed by experienced personnels formerly from the Singapore Police Force, the Senior Investigators for Tanglin Investigations have a substantial background in General Investigations, Commercial Crime Investigations, Foreign Offenders Investigation, Advanced Law Enforcement, Security Branch, their military service and ten years of experience in the Entertainment Industry and Construction Industry.
